Kaizen Events

“Kaizen”: A Japanese term that is most literally translated as “continuity and change for the better”. It is based on the fundamental philosophy that what we do today should be better than yesterday, and what we do tomorrow should be better than today - never accepting status quo. No matter how well we perform, we know we can do better and look to do so tomorrow.

Our Kaizen program focuses on the implementation of cutting-edge manufacturing principles, including 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work and Kanban
