The Lynx series of Industrial Ethernet Managed switches is a cost effective alternative to traditional managed switches. Its compact size and range of outstanding features allows the user to choose just the right level of management for the application.
The Lynx switch is available with six (6) 10/100Base-T copper ports and none, one or two 100Base-FX or 1000Base-FX fiber ports. Several different models are available depending on the industry-specific approvals that are required. Three levels of management are available:
Lynx 100/1100 – Light Managed Industrial Ethernet Switch
The L100/1100 Lynx Switch supports limited management, and fulfills the toughest industrial environmental requirements.
Lynx 300/1300 – Standard Managed Industrial Ethernet Switch
The L300/1300 Lynx Switch supports standard management including fast network redundancy (FRNT v0) with 20 ms recovery time and SNMP. It also fulfills the toughest industrial environmental requirements.
Lynx 400/1400 – Fully Managed Industrial Ethernet Switch
The L400/1400 Lynx Switch supports full management including fast network redundancy (FRNT v0) with 20 mS recovery time, SNMP, VLAN and IGMP snooping. It also fulfills the toughest industrial environmental requirements.
